Seventeen years, seven of which I've been the owner/operator at Hair Ink.

Favourite hair product

I can conquer the world with hair spray. Specifically Chi Volume hair spray, which we also call Purple Can Hairspray.

Latest hair craze

I am pretty much obsessed with curly hair — so colouring it or cutting it! Smoothing your hair with a Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Treatment will give you the best curls!

Styling tip

Spend time on yourself. Life is busy, I get it. Take some time everyday to do something nice for your hair, skin or nails. It will make your day!

When you're not making people beautiful

You'll most likely find me with Cory eating ice cream and driving on his John Deere tractor.

I'm currently in training with Dream Catcher Extensions.

For unruly hairs or keeping hair in place – spray your finger tips with hair spray and smooth hairs into place.

You'll find me at the beach or spending time with my nephews.

I've been the bookkeeper and receptionist at Hair Ink since we opened in 2010.

Styling tip

Use professional products. They will change your life. They actually do what they say they're going to do, and keep the integrity of your hair intact. Professional products are definitely worth the investment.

When you're not at the salon

I'm outside with my kids and husband. We love having bonfires, riding bikes, gardening, walking and spending time with our many animals.

Anything to help curls look the best. Recoil from AG Hair is my "go-to" product. 

Hot Styling Tip:

Self care is important. A quick and easy way to treat your self is to give your hair a deep conditioning or mask once a month. It gives any hair type a much needed reset.  

What I do when I am NOT Hair Hustling:

Little known fact.. I love Museums! Big or small I love to learn about what ever.

I also love to crochet and go fishing.

Im a big plant lover from vegetables and flowers to tropical plants! Also I've been growing back into my love of reading with romance novels. You can see me in the campground by the fire, on the beach or in the grass with a good book & my art supplies!
